On September 11, at the RE+ exhibition in the United States, Shenzhen Megarevo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Megarevo") and Gotion High Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gotion"), a world-leading battery technology company, officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). This marks the beginning of a solid strategic partnership between the two companies, aimed at deeply integrating energy storage solutions and inverter technology to address the global market's growing demand for efficient and clean energy solutions.
At the signing ceremony, Li Chen, President of Gotion's Americas business unit, and Huang Huijin, General Manager of Megarevo, jointly witnessed the formal signing of the MOU.
According to the MOU, Megarevo and Gotion will collaborate to explore innovative solutions for residential energy storage. Both companies plan to actively expand their global business in the coming years, with a particular focus on market development in North America. Megarevo will leverage its leading inverter technology, while Gotion will provide its advanced battery expertise. The first joint project between the two companies is expected to begin this year.
