Megarevo recently supplied two 30kW MPS PV+ESS integrated machines for the smart microgrid system in Mashilo Village, Sihe Township, Xichang City, China, to help local residents use green energy cleanly and efficiently.
Mashiluo village is remote and at the end of the grid coverage, local residents have long suffered from the lack of convenient access to electricity. With the traction of new infrastructure construction, new urbanization and other policies, the level of power supply in the area needs to be continuously improved.
The power grid renovation project is difficult, and all aspects of the life cycle from design to construction, operation and maintenance will face huge challenges. How to quickly, safely and effectively solve the local residents' energy needs has become an urgent challenge for the local government.
In March 2022, in order to simplify the deployment process, shorten the grid connection cycle and improve the overall reliability of the system, the EPC project team selected the Megarevo’s 30kW MPS PV+ESS integrated machine as the core equipment for the AC side of the microgrid through a number of key indexes and layers of selection.
Megarevo MPS PV+ESS integrated machine
MPS PV+ESS integrated machine is the latest achievement of Megarevo to empower unpowered areas and weak power areas. The product not only supports on-grid and off-grid power storage, but also supports dynamic adjustable working mode, PV energy and power tracking, as well as fine management and real-time monitoring of battery cells, which is very suitable for deployment in remote mountainous areas, off-grid islands, mining development zones, military bases, PV charging stations, conference halls and other scenarios with immediate power needs. At present, MPS30~500KW products have passed TUV, SGS and CE tests and certifications, and the cumulative global delivery has exceeded 100MW, which has won the continuous favor of Southeast Asia, Africa, domestic and European markets.
Efficient integration
The Megarevo MPS PV+ESS Integrated Machine has undergone iterative innovation in design selection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, as well as capacity expansion and upgrading. In terms of structure, we adopt full module easy maintenance design. We highly integrate the three units of PV controller, PCS and on/off-grid switchers into one cabinet, and dynamically expand the capacity by adding PV modules, which can realize 1.2 times of PV over allocation and greatly improve the system flexibility and operation and maintenance efficiency.

The MPS PV+ESS integrated machine is no less powerful, not only supporting PV, diesel generator, battery and load access at the same time, but also with superb environmental adaptability. It is able to support autonomous black start in extremely low temperature and no diesel generator. In addition, MPS is also seamlessly compatible with a variety of batteries and can realize the battery capacity and discharge time prediction.
Safe and reliable
In terms of safety, the MPS PV+ESS integrated machine has been tested in accordance with CE electrical safety standards to ensure maximum reliability in terms of quality and safety. Through the tests, MPS has proven its excellent performance in over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature, short-circuit, reverse polarity, DC side insulation monitoring, AC side leakage monitoring and other protection functions. In terms of emergency response capability and abnormality handling, Megarevo has also carried out a lot of optimization work, which enables timely completion of fault warning and diagnosis to improve the stability of the system during its life cycle and maximize the system operation time.
Convenient operation and maintenance
MPS is equipped with HMI digital display panel as standard, which can intuitively monitor core parameters such as power, current, voltage, etc., and quickly determine the operation status and health of the equipment, and through the combination of cloud EMS, remote monitoring and version upgrade can be realized, making the convenience of maintenance "a step higher".
